Cathie and Lisa are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Meghan and Jen are amazing coordinators who make sure everything runs smoothly and are always there when you need them. Hannah is hands down the best bartender! She always makes the drinks taste amazing and brings such a great energy to the bar. 🍹 The entire wedding staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. They also do an incredible job keeping the venue clean, organized, and looking beautiful throughout every event. Noah is the best DJ !!! If you’re looking for a beautiful wedding venue with an awesome team that truly cares about making your day special, I highly recommend this place! 💍🥂

The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. A huge thank you to Lisa, who gave us our tour. She was genuinely the reason we chose this venue. She was warm, honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Our venue coordinator, Meghan, was absolutely incredible. She took care of every detail and kept everything running smoothly so we could truly enjoy our day without any stress. We can't say enough wonderful things about her! The entire staff went above and beyond to take care of us, our wedding party, and our guests. Everyone was so kind, professional, and attentive, and they made our wedding day even more special. We are so grateful for this amazing team and would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful place with exceptional service. From the initial planning, to design meetings, to the actual wedding day, the team at Los Willows went above and beyond our expectations. The venue itself is so stunning and has so many amazing photo opportunities. We loved that it was an all inclusive venue that offers catering, decor, DJ, and a day of wedding coordinator. Everyone that attended our wedding couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to! The food, service staff, and decorations were all top notch and all our guests were so impressed. Jennifer was our day of coordinator and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. Her experience shows in her professionalism and how she was able to handle all of the wedding day mishaps that came her way. She made sure the entire day ran so smoothly and we can’t thank her enough for holding the fort down that day!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been here a couple of times now, and the Fallbrook area for new wedding venues is really starting to pop off on our radar. It's a large green lawns and garden vibe are great for larger wedding parties. The sun can come through the trees strong so planning the timeline for photos is a good heads up. It's an outdoors, green, brown venue with water to balance everything out. At night you can still go all out for the party and your music.
