David ChompffSeptember 9, 2024Los Willows made my brother's wedding truly amazing! The venue was wonderful it's next to a large lake and beautiful oak trees and made for a great ceremony. The reception area looked new and was very clean. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The wedding planners took care of every detail, ensuring a seamless and stress-free day. I especially loved the champagne boat cruise around the lake—it was such a unique and romantic touch for the newlyweds. One of the highlights for us was the alpaca that made a surprise appearance! It was such a fun and unexpected element that really delighted all the guests and added a playful charm to the celebration. My brother and his wife couldn’t stop talking about how perfect everything was. If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty with top-notch service, Los Willows is the place. Highly recommend!
Yubo HanSeptember 4, 2024We had booked the venue for our wedding on August 26, and overall, we were extremely happy with the whole wedding planning and day of experience that Los Willows had provided! We would definitely recommend this venue to our friends for their wedding. I have included a more detailed review below. For context, we had gone with the all inclusive ultimate wedding package. (Ranked from best to worst) Venue - 5/5 Day of Coordination - 5/5 DJ - 5/5 True Photography - 5/5 Planning - 4/5 Food/Drinks - 2/5 Venue (5/5) - This was easily the most gorgeous venue we have seen that falls within our wedding budget. We were initially skeptical of the venue's fake grass, but it actually turned out quite nice in photos, and didn't get our shoes & dresses dirty. We also loved the giant LOVE letter upgrades! Day of Coordination (5/5) - We were blown away by our day of coordinator Tamra! She was a pleasure to work with, both leading up to and the day of the wedding. We had provided her with boxes of custom decorations and next to no instructions, and she had set up the entire venue perfectly and better than what we could have done ourselves. DJ (5/5) - The DJ Christian was included as part of the Los Willows package. He was very professional throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job in setting the mood for our guests. True Photography (5/5) - The venue offers a complimentary 2 hour photo/video service with True Photography. We decided to go with the video service as we wanted to bring in our own photographer. The videographer Kyle did an amazing job in capturing us on our special day, and was very helpful in providing our photographer with suggestions on where to take the best shots. We are looking forward to seeing the final video! Planning (4/5) - Linda and Tamra have both been absolutely amazing in helping us plan for our big day. They were prompt in their responses and very helpful to resolve any issues we had. However, the service is a bit different from 3rd party wedding planners as they did not assist in sourcing additional decorations, or contacting 3rd party vendors not within their network. But considering this was a free service, we were very happy with how easy they made the whole experience. Food/Drinks (2/5) - The food was by far the most disappointing part of the wedding package. The food prepped for us during the tasting consultation prior to the wedding was fabulous. However, the actual dinner the guests and we were served the day of the wedding was overcooked and dry. The filet was fully cooked through did not taste like it was the best cut of meat, and the fish was overcooked and almost rubbery in texture. The plating was also cobbled together and felt amateur. I would understand the mistakes if we had a large wedding, but we only had around 55 guests - just above the minimum guest count for the venue. The food was worse than venues that charged much less than $195 per person. Our bartender was great, but we were disappointed that the venue only had disposable cups for the bar instead of glass.
Josie OsbornAugust 26, 2024We had the most incredible wedding this past Saturday at Los Willows! The venue itself is breathtaking, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. I was fortunate to have Brianna Valverde as my wedding coordinator, and she truly made the entire process seamless. From the moment we met, I felt a wave of relief, knowing I was in expert hands. Brianna took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life perfectly. Even during the wedding, she was always one step ahead—like when I needed a drink, she was right there! I highly recommend Brianna for anyone planning their wedding at Los Willows. Our guests are still raving about how magical the day was, and how absolutely amazing the food tasted. Our DJ, George Washington, kept the energy up all night, and our photographers/videographer from TRUE Photography were exceptional! Erin, our lead photographer, and Dustin, our videographer, made us feel completely at ease and captured our vibe perfectly. We can’t wait to see our professional photos and video! I’m so grateful to Brianna and the entire Los Willows staff for making our dream wedding a reality. I’ll be sure to add professional photos to this post once we receive them!

The staff at Los Willows made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze. I never once felt like I was drowning in wedding planning because Los Willows helps you every step of the way. Tamra helped us plan the wedding from the very beginning up until Jennifer took over as coordinator. The day of the wedding was stress free thanks to Jennifer and the staff and Los Willows! 1000/10 would recommend getting married here!
Sonali MohantyJuly 26, 2024Such a gorgeous venue, we loved how private it felt the day of. Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she was so amazing to work with. Everything went so smoothly and she made our vision come to life. The second we met with her 30 days out I felt so relieved and knew we were in good hands! We loved how everything turned out, and our guest had an amazing time! I didn't get the bartenders name, but she was also amazing, made our signature drinks perfectly!
