Scott was INCREDIBLE and gave us so many details and important information regarding the venue. He was extremely organized, friendly, & made the tour personable. We loved getting to work with him & were able to secure our wedding date! I can’t wait to get married at Los Willows. One strong complaint is that our planner said till 10pm, however the day of, cutoff was 9:30pm and means everyone leave at 10pm which was upsetting. Guests missed transportation & my wife & I were in a rush to pack up & leave which was again upsetting considering the money we spent. To the Future newlyweds make sure the time frames. Sad to make this post but want to save the drama for the rest of you brides… I had my wedding at Los Willows 10/13/25 and although it was a beautiful venue and day overall, there were SERIOUS MISHAPS and after through explanation from my end, the venue refused to issue and refund or compensation of any sort. They turned over staff from when we booked to when we had the wedding and it seriously showed in the disorganization of the day. The whole venue was breathtaking and an experience like none other. The whole staff were friendly, welcoming and full of genuine smiles. The Wedding Coordinator, Meghan P. was Phenomenal!!! She was a joy to work with. From the very 1st day we connected, Meghan’s professionalism stood out. She is very detailed, communicates with her clients and vendors, has the greatest memory, extremely pleasant, and a great finisher with a beautiful smile. I really enjoyed having Meghan as our coordinator. Everything ran so smoothly. Take a tour of Los Willows. That will be your last and final stop. By the way, Congratulations ❤️
